As a Practice Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our large outpatient interventional radiology clinic. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and overseeing fiscal stewardship to support high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with doctors, mid-level providers, nurse anesthetists, and the senior leadership team to maintain and improve practice performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize processes to maximize patient volume while minimizing operational constraints.
  • Manage and support staff, ensuring they are well-trained, engaged, and delivering excellent care.
  • Work closely with doctors and healthcare providers, handling strong personalities effectively.
  • Generate and review weekly/monthly reports on patient volume, staffing, and materials management.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Maintain strong organizational oversight, balancing short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
  • Maintain a compliant and safe working environment.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in managing healthcare teams and operations.
  • Can confidently oversee doctors, nurses, and other providers.
  • Works independently and makes informed decisions.
  • Has excellent organizational skills.
  • Can generate and analyze reports for senior leadership.

Ideal but not essential:

  • Experience in interventional radiology, cardiology, or pain management.
  • 10+ years of work experience.
  • MHA or MBA qualification.
  • Experience managing clinics in underserved or rural areas.
