We’re seeking an organized and motivated Service Writer to be the friendly face of our operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers receive top-notch service from start to finish while working in a dynamic industrial environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on their industrial system service needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and quotes tailored to customer requirements.
• Keep customers informed of service progress, including any unexpected delays or updates.
• Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and Parts Manager to prioritize and coordinate repair jobs effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our high standards.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Windows applications (Excel, Outlook) and a solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a bonus.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
