We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at Canada’s Medical Clinic – Windermere, based in Edmonton.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Booking appointments and managing scheduling systems
  • Answering phones and responding to patient queries
  • Processing referrals, requisitions, and medical documentation
  • Supporting clinicians with admin tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Always ensuring confidentiality and patient privacy.
