We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at our Assurance Centre in Tulsa. This role plays a vital part in making sure our HVAC equipment performs flawlessly before leaving our facility.

In this role you'll carry out functional testing and quality inspections of our HVAC units, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer expectations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain test records, and assist other technical teams when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional testing and diagnose electrical/mechanical issues in HVAC systems
  • Load and verify controller firmware
  • Inspect, receive, and test parts and returns
  • Maintain calibration of tools and gauges
  • Support production schedules and on-time shipment targets
  • Prepare and maintain inspection documentation and test data
  • Package and manage inventory of replacement parts
  • Take calls or travel to job sites in support of technical and field services
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns/technical challenges across departments
  • Recommend and drive resolutions to customer quality issues
  • Assist in the development of quality reports and data analysis

The Person

  • Completed post-secondary HVAC/R technical training preferred
  • 2 years’ experience with HVAC/R systems or controls preferred
  • Type II EPA certification required
  • Confident with mechanical/electrical diagrams and diagnostic tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and quality assurance software
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with refrigerants and heating assemblies
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company core values
  • Must hold a valid passport
