The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement our sales processes
• Support and motivate your sales team to reach daily and weekly goals
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Engage with customers and help schedule appointments for home estimates
• Attend training and team meetings as required
