Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, as well as supporting general warehouse operations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering a great work–life balance.

The role will also include ad hoc driving duties, so a full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging
  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
  • Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations
  • Assisting with stock control and regular stock takes
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations
  • Carrying out ad hoc deliveries and collections as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good level of physical fitness (lifting and manual handling required)
  • Positive, proactive attitude

Essential Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
