We are hiring experienced Metal Stamping Press Operators to join our expanding team in Concord, Ontario. This role involves setting up, running, and monitoring stamping presses using both progressive and transfer dies. Your work will be key to meeting production goals and ensuring high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate stamping presses using progressive and transfer dies
• Perform die changes and press adjustments
• Conduct regular quality checks and complete production paperwork
• Follow work instructions, safety standards, and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report any equipment or quality concerns
• Collaborate effectively with team members

The Person

• 2–3 years of experience operating stamping presses in an automotive setting
• Skilled in working with both progressive and transfer die systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in setup and troubleshooting
• Familiar with quality standards such as IATF 16949 (an asset)
• Able to follow detailed work instructions and complete documentation accurately
• Reliable, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
