Property Manager – $50-60k – Manhattan, NY/ Hybrid-working

The Role

Cobble Hill Management is a leading residential property management firm specializing in multifamily properties in New York City. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team.

Based in our Manhattan office four days per week, with one flexible remote day, you will assist the principals in tenant relations, vendor oversite, superintendent oversite, building oversite, ensure New York City housing compliance, soliciting bids for repairs and projects, assist in rent collections, assist with budgeting and share in the responsibilities of maintaining and preserving the overall qualities and standards of the buildings under management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use AppFolio to manage leasing processes such as lease expirations and renewals
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and initiate renewal discussions
  • Oversee leasing and paperwork as well as collection spreadsheets
  • Maintaining documentation for violation removals and insurance certificates
  • On-site supervision of R&M, unit turns and base building projects
  • Coordinate move -in and move-outs
  • Produce annual budgets and budget analysis

The Person

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) Years of New York City multi-family management experience
  • Knowledge of AppFolio
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization, time‑management, and attention to detail
  • Must have background in real estate property management
