Pay & Reward Co-ordinator – £30,016 per annum + Benefits– Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7JB / Hybrid-working
The role
Are you experienced in payroll and pensions administration? Do you enjoy improving systems and supporting others to get the best out of them?
At Making Space, we’re here to make a difference – and we’re looking for a Pay & Reward Co-ordinator to help us do just that.
Based at our head office in Warrington, you’ll be part of our friendly People Services team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our payroll and pensions processes, while helping to maintain our iTrent system and advising users. Your input will help ensure we meet all compliance and service standards.
Hours: 39 weekly. Monday - Friday office based with option to work remotely for the majority.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain payroll and pension functions with accuracy and timeliness
- Support and advise iTrent system users, resolving queries and issues
- Process monthly payroll data, employee changes, and statutory/occupational payments
- Monitor time and expense inputs, and identify errors
- Reconcile and submit HMRC reports and payments
- Administer pension schemes in line with policy
- Provide pay-related information to external agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate People Services records
- Support the promotion of safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.

The person
You’ll have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Experience in a payroll setting
- Familiarity with iTrent software (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
