Community & Carers Services Manager – £34 525 per annum + Benefits – Warrington, Cheshire (with travel across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire) – 35 hours per week

The Role

Do you have experience leading teams in community-based services? Can you manage performance while building positive relationships with stakeholders and staff alike?

We’re looking for a Community and Carers Services Manager to support the operational delivery of services within our Community, Carers and Wellbeing Division. You'll help ensure services meet quality standards, are financially sustainable, and fulfil their contractual goals.

You’ll regularly travel to various service sites, supporting managers and staff to deliver excellent outcomes for people across several regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise Service Managers and Team Leaders
  • Ensure services run efficiently, with appropriate staffing and high-quality care
  • Manage budgets, outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local authorities, funders and other stakeholders
  • Work with internal teams to help maintain and grow our service offer

The Person

You’ll have:

  • Experience managing staff in community health or social care settings
  • Skills in budgeting, reporting and meeting service targets
  • A Level 5 diploma in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards it
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to transport
