Associate Attorney – $80,000 to $140,000, depending on experience + Benefits – Spokane, WA 99201

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney to join our established and growing law office in Spokane. Our firm focuses on Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing law across all counties east of the Cascade Mountains in Washington and Northern Idaho. You'll work directly with affordable housing providers and manufactured housing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court across multiple jurisdictions
  • Draft legal pleadings and related documents
  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and case defendants
  • Receive mentorship from experienced attorneys to build your litigation expertise
  • Support the team while managing increasing levels of responsibility

The Person

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington State
  • Experience in civil litigation, moot court, or debate
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Licensed in Idaho or fluent in Spanish is a plus (not required)
  • Willing to pursue Idaho license if not currently held
