Job Title: Extrusion Operator – Vinyl Industry

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $20 - $30 an hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Extrusion Operator to run vinyl extrusion lines, ensuring safe, efficient operation and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate extrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment (heating/cooling units, grinders)
• Start up and shut down production lines, including setting cool-down temperatures
• Operate resin material feeding systems
• Monitor and maintain the quality of extrusions
• Use tools and dies effectively to support production
• Handle materials and finished products, including lifting up to 100 lbs

Requirements:

• Experience in vinyl or plastic extrusion
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with tools, dies, and lift truck operation
• Ability to wear steel-toe boots
• Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs
