Business Development Manager – Remote / Nationwide – Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Role

Are you energised by sales and the thrill of securing new business? Do you excel at building strong, professional relationships and seeing results? If so, this could be your next move.

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this remote, role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by developing and nurturing relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents across the UK. You’ll be promoting our panel of trusted conveyancing law firms and helping to streamline the process for property professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents
  • Promote conveyancing and associated services from our law firm panel
  • Engage in a mix of telesales and virtual or face-to-face meetings
  • Present our intuitive online portal to clients with confidence
  • Hit and exceed agreed sales targets
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Submit regular sales reports and insights
  • Suggest improvements to enhance both sales performance and customer experience

The Person

  • Strong field sales experience with proven success
  • Skilled communicator, confident and persuasive
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
  • Background in relationship management or customer service
  • UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
