Operations Manager £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

As Operations Manager, the over-arching aim of your role will be to maintain and improve the smooth operation of our systems, logistics & premises, all whilst hunting out efficiencies in both time and budget.

By managing and improving all systems, operational processes and cross-site communication within the business, you will be a vital part in bridging between our head office in Snitterfield and our warehousing in Redditch, with your time being split across these sites to ensure both are working effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of all computer systems and software
  • Space forecasting
  • Forecasting inbound and outbound goods
  • Goods out systems and processes
  • Logistics provider negotiations and management

Skills and Experience requirements:

  • Experience in Operations, Systems and Warehousing
  • Fully adept in common software and fast learner of new systems
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to source and implement new systems and create efficient processes
  • Health & Safety experience or awareness a benefit
  • Well organised and proven ability to plan ahead
  • Ability to support new procedure roll outs and usage across the businesses and secure good buy in from senior management
  • Ability to consider cost implications and identify savings
  • Ability to forecast space and resource demands based on business information
